When registering as a member or placing an order: name, email, password (stored encrypted), contact information (optional), company name (optional).
When processing orders and payments: order history and payment (deposit) confirmation information.
Access logs and cookies (for session maintenance) may be generated automatically during service use.
2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Member identification and identity verification, order, payment, license issuance, and download provision.
Responding to customer inquiries, delivering notices, improving and operating the service.
3. Retention and Use Period
As a rule, information is destroyed without delay upon membership withdrawal.
However, transaction records and other items that must be retained under applicable laws are stored for the period specified by those laws.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The company does not provide personal information externally without the user's consent.
It may be provided only when based on law or a lawful request from an investigative agency.
5. User Rights
Users may view and modify their personal information at any time, and may request suspension of processing and deletion through membership withdrawal.
