Information on refund and license policies for digital program products.

Products in this service are digital content for which downloads and license issuance occur immediately.
Under applicable laws, cancellation due to simple change of mind may be restricted after download has started or a license has been issued.
A full refund is available if downloading and license issuance have not yet occurred after payment (deposit).
If the program does not operate normally according to the main features described, and the company cannot resolve it within a reasonable period, you may request a refund.
If an obvious error such as duplicate payment is confirmed, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
Requests made due to simple change of mind after download and license issuance have already been completed.
Cases caused by the user's usage environment where the user does not cooperate even though the company has provided normal support.
Send your order number and reason to the Customer Center, and we will review and process it.
Refunds for bank-transfer payments are processed promptly on business days after refund account information is confirmed.
The license is issued to the purchasing user and can be checked in My Page.
Transfer, resale, or sharing of the license is not permitted.
