These are the basic terms for using the YN Marketing Solution service.

The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions and procedures for using program sales and related services (the 'Service') provided by YN Marketing Solution (the 'Company'), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
'User' means a member or non-member who uses the services provided by the company under these Terms.
'Product' means the program (installation file) sold by the company, together with related licenses and support services.
'License' means the right of a user to lawfully use a purchased product.
These Terms take effect when posted on the service screen.
The company may revise the Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws, and will announce the effective date and reason for changes in advance when revising them.
Users must apply for membership with accurate information, and users are responsible for managing their account information.
Service use may be restricted if another person's information is misused or false information is registered.
Users order products according to the procedures provided in the service and pay the price using the guided payment method.
Once payment (deposit) is confirmed, the company provides the license and download.
Free products may be provided immediately upon request without a payment procedure.
Users may use the product within the scope of the issued license.
Copying, reselling, unauthorized distribution, and reverse engineering of the product are prohibited.
All programs must be used only with data and channels that the user lawfully owns and manages.
Using the service for purposes that infringe others' rights or violate laws, public order, or good morals, or acts that interfere with service operation, are prohibited.
The company is not liable for damages caused by reasons beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, reasons attributable to the user, or failures of third-party services.
Program results may vary depending on the user's usage environment, and the company does not guarantee specific results.
Disputes related to service use will be resolved through mutual consultation; if no agreement is reached, they will follow applicable laws and the judgment of the competent court.
This document is standard guidance for using the YN Marketing Solution service and may be revised according to applicable laws and service policies. When revised, the effective date and changes will be announced through notices.
